My name is Sameen (she/her) and I'm a content director, strategic thinker, and creative leader based near Seattle. I've worked in communications, user education, and marketing for 17+ years. I started my career developing zoo and aquarium visitor programs, writing in-depth training resources for educators. At the time, my focus was making science relevant and relatable to the public, which isn’t so different from what I do now: help clients develop messaging that is is compelling, educational, and human. My superpowers are managing cross-functional teams with a strong focus on employment engagement, building innovative processes that work well for people, and making creative decisions through a strategic lens.
In my off-time, I like to work on house projects with my husband, spend time with our fur babies, travel, visit new state and national parks, snorkel, swim, and practice aerial arts (mostly silks and sling).
